Thank you for your kind and thoughtful words! Mary and I appreciate the opportunity we have had to work with all of you. Our respect for you is both personal and professional. Having been around the insurance business for 30 years, the Institute is unique in basing its validity on a knowledge process rather than teaching producers how to manipulate prospects/customers (which is why in my estimation that they ultimately fail). Simply, it’s not what you do to customers, but what you do for them that makes it successful. For many, such a concept is quickly passed by since they are looking for a magic solution.
