He is an author and co-author of articles of Healthcare CRM and human factors. Wayne is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers and the American Society of Healthcare Risk Managers. He earned a BS in Insurance and Risk Management from Georgia State University and is a licensed insurance broker.
