The Master WorkComp Advisor (MWCA) is the highest designation offered by the
Institute of WorkComp Professionals. This isn’t another survey course, it’s a
three-day live workshop where you dig into the technical mechanics that
separate the top-performing agents from everyone else: mid-term policy
rewrites, ownership combinability, classification landmines, bureau manual
errors, and claims strategies that actually move the needle.
The MWCA is built for experienced agents who already hold the CWCA or CWCS
designation and want to go deeper. You’ll work through real scenarios in a
small group limited to 10 attendees — no lectures, no pre-recorded video,
just live problem-solving with practitioners who do this work every day.
Who Should Attend
The MWCA Institute is designed for insurance agents and agency staff who have
earned the Certified WorkComp Advisor (CWCA) or Certified WorkComp Specialist
(CWCS) designation and are active members of the Institute. If you’re
regularly quoting workers’ comp accounts and want to move beyond the basics —
handling complex mods, catching bureau errors, and building claims strategies
your competitors can’t match — this is your next step.

Continuing Education Credits
