Fixed a Mod
Wanted to let you know I’ve learned much from the Institute. Part of my job, as an account manager, is to check e-mods and help my clients learn more about theirs.
I found a claim on a mod worksheet that had been there for two years. However, the claim had been dismissed.
It should not have been on the mod worksheet. Our client got back $6,500. This is just one incident in which I’ve helped our client’s get better.
