The most successful agencies in implementing the Institute process are those that provide workers compensation training for everyone who is involved in Workers’ Comp. The Institute offers a four-session online course for account managers (CSR), including:

Session 1 – The Premium Audit

Session 2 – The Experience Modification Factor

Session 3 – Injury Management and Preventing Injuries

Session 4 – Round Up

All sessions are on demand, so you can complete the course on your schedule.

The cost is $99 per attendee or $249, if there are three or more attendees. CWCS must refresh every 3 years. Refresh for $75. In order to qualify for the CWCS designation, there must be at least one CWCA in your agency and your agency must be a member in good standing with the Institute.
