HR Tip: How to improve recruiting efforts

When looking to improve recruiting efforts, a good place to begin is understanding the behavior of potential candidates. Key insights are offered in CareerBuilder's Candidate Behavior 2015 study, which delves deeply into the issue. One of the major findings is that employers are missing opportunities to connect with candidates. Communication, length and type of application process, company reputation and online presence are also important considerations.
